1. Acceptance

By creating a PrepAtlas account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old. If under 18, your parent/guardian must consent to your use.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't share your account.
• Don't scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content.
• Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, RLS, or paywalls.
• Don't use the AI doubt solver to generate harmful, illegal, or dishonest content.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your profile. Refunds are issued for technical failures only, not for change of mind.

5. Content accuracy

We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every note, question, or AI answer is error-free. Always cross-check with official syllabi (linked from each exam page) before relying on content for high-stakes decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Original PrepAtlas content (notes, MCQs, UI) is © PrepAtlas. Linked-to material remains property of its source (NCERT, NTA, IIT, UPSC, SSC, etc.).

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
