Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By creating a PrepAtlas account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old. If under 18, your parent/guardian must consent to your use.

3. Acceptable use

  • Don't share your account.
  • Don't scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content.
  • Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or paywalls.
  • Don't use PrepAtlas to generate, share, or encourage harmful, illegal, or dishonest content.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your profile. Refunds are issued for technical failures only, not for change of mind.

5. Content accuracy

We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every note, question, or explanation is error-free. Always cross-check with official syllabi (linked from each exam page) before relying on content for high-stakes decisions.

6. Intellectual property

Original PrepAtlas content (notes, MCQs, UI) is © PrepAtlas. Linked-to material remains property of its source (NCERT, NTA, IIT, UPSC, SSC, etc.).

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

9. Community & peer interaction

Some features let you interact with other learners (study partners, squads, and doubt threads). You are responsible for what you post or share. You agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful to minors, and not to share personal contact details or spam. We may review, remove, or restrict user content and suspend accounts that break these rules. We comply with applicable Indian law, including the POCSO Act, 2012, and will remove and report child sexual abuse material. Report abuse to grievance@prepatlas.in.

10. Grievance redressal

For complaints about content, conduct, or your data, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@prepatlas.in — acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days, in line with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023.
